Marcel Franquelin "As an artist and art teacher, I believe that artistic potential resides in everyone.The challenge is to access this talent....." Born in France, Marcel Franquelin studied at "les Beaux-Arts" (National Academy of Fine Arts) and the University of Lille where he received a master's degree in Fine Arts and Art History. In the United States since 1986, he taught in New York and exhibited through art galleries in New York and the New Jersey area. His work has been published in art magazines such as American Artist.
